We understand that many of our customers prefer the convenience and security of paying for their order when it arrives. Here are some frequently asked questions about our Cash on Delivery service.
1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order with cash when it is delivered to your doorstep. You don't need to make any advance payment online.
2. Are there any extra charges for COD?
No, we do not charge any extra fees for choosing the Cash on Delivery payment method. However, standard shipping charges may apply based on your order.
3. Can I open the package before paying?
As per courier policies, you must make the payment to the delivery agent before opening the package. However, if there is any issue with the product inside, you can contact our support team immediately for a return or replacement.
4. What happens if I am not home during delivery?
The courier service will usually make up to 3 delivery attempts. They will also contact you on the phone number provided during checkout to coordinate the delivery time.
